Die Wohnung lag in einer ausgezeichneten Lage in der gesicherten Ferienwohnanlage nahe des Pools. Die Wohnung war oberflächlich sauber und spartanisch eingerichtet. Die Wände und Türrahmen benötigten dringend einen Anstrich. Im Flur im Bereich der Treppe hing ein nicht näher bezeichnetes Kabelstrang aus der Wand. Die Küche war zweckdienlich, die Abzugshaube rostig und die wenigen Schränke mit alten Küchengeräten verstopft, so dass man keine Vorräte unterbringen konnte. Die Fenster besaßen keine Vorhänge. Die Abstellkammer beinhaltete eine abgerissene Heizung, Putzgerät ( keine Reiniger) und alte auslaufende Entfeuchter, etwas unangenehm. Der Garten hatte eine gute Lage, war jedoch aufgrund des Kunstrasens, defekter und verschmutzer Liege, kaputter Sonnenschirme und kaputtem, verdreckten Grill bei gutem Wetter kaum zu gebrauchen. Alle Defekte wurden der sehr freundlichen Rezeption gemeldet, aber leider nicht behoben. Die Betten waren zahlreich ( für bis zu 9 Personen) und bequem. Der Parkplatz lag überwiegend im Schatten. Die Klimaanlage kühlte nur das Untergeschoss und leider nicht die Schlafzimmer. WLAN gab es nur im Bereich der Rezeption, ansonsten gab es kaum Empfang. Die Ferienanlage war sehr ruhig, der Pool sauber und sehr gut besucht. Leider war der Kunstrasen um den Pool sehr heiß und es gab keine Liegen oder Sonnenschirme.

Wir kamen spät an und das Einchecken dauerte weniger als zwei Minuten. Drinnen fühlte es sich gemütlich genug für eine siebenköpfige Familie an, mit ausreichend Platz auch im Außenbereich zum Entspannen. Die Terrasse bekam mittags viel Sonne , ideal nach abendlichen Ausflügen in Lokale in der Nähe.
