Came for a wedding long weekend. Check in was very personal and accommodated our schedule cheerfully. Had a few questions after check in that were answered quickly and professionally. Having an onsite pool was great for the kids. Lots of outdoor and indoor spaces to lounge. Beds were super comfy. Easy access to public beach and lots of beach chairs and toys at the house. Easy walk to Atlantic Avenue shopping and food. Would definitely stay again

July Spectacular

We had a wonderful stay! The communication was excellent, and any questions or concerns were addressed immediately. Check in and out was a breeze. The house was clean and in a perfect location. It is accurately represented in the listing for sure! Close to the Avenue and the beach - all within walking distance. Yet, there was nice privacy. The layout was perfect for our group of 7. Numerous balconies available to accommodate. We will definitely stay again when we are back in Delray!

Top Vacation Rental in Delray and beyond

We came down for a covid-relief break for Thanksgiving week. The property surpassed our expectations for cleanliness, floorplan and comfort. We had 4 family members and everyone was delighted with the trip. The layout was great for our size and could have easily accommodated a couple more with plenty of outdoor areas to enjoy the warm weather. The property manager was the most responsive and helpful rep we have probably ever dealt with. Each question before and during the trip was answered in short-order and completely! We would highly recommend this property and we would return on our next visit (if its available!!)

Great house!

The property is in a great location to Atlantic Avenue shops, restaurants and the beach. The entire property is shaded which probably works for most times of year but we came from New England and wished for more sun on the property, although we could always walk up to the beach to get that. The house has power surges that you get used to as the lights blink regularly. It has most of what you could need but some have some indications of being worn and not kept up. We had a Tahoe and couldn't fit in the garage. The street is skinny/one way so that caused some issues...Again, ours, not theirs! Nice porches and great main floor set up. Master suite is to die for!!! We would probably return and be prepared for what we need. The property managers were great!

Good stay

We had a very good stay overall! The property was clean, comfortable, and we enjoyed our time there.however, I really wish the property had a keyless entry system with a code instead of traditional keys. We got locked out multiple times because family members would leave and accidentally take the keys with them, it was a bit frustrating.Second, I would’ve appreciated getting the checkout instructions earlier. I received an email with the departure tasks around 5 AM on the day we were leaving, and I didn’t see it until about 3 PM, after we had already left. A reminder the night before would have been much more helpful. Also, and this might’ve been on me for not reading the listing thoroughly, but I felt the description made it seem like the house was directly on the beach. It was just steps away, which was still great, but not quite beachfront as I initially expected. All that said, it was still a great stay and we had a lovely time

Dear Victoria, Thank you kindly for your feedback and for taking the time to share your experience. We’re so pleased to hear you found the home clean, comfortable, and that you had an enjoyable stay overall. This is the 1st time we have ever received less than 5 stars for our fantastic Villa Delray... We did want to take a moment to clarify a few of your comments, as we always strive to ensure all information is clearly presented. The listing does state that the property is "steps from the beach," (also noted in listing title) and we do our best to accurately reflect that it is not directly beachfront. There is nothing in the description that says its on the beach, nor do any photos show it on the beach. It is however the closest vacation rental in Delray to the beach. Regarding the key system, as noted in the listing and in our welcome materials, we personally meet each guest to provide an in-person check-in with keys, rather than a keyless entry system. Many of our guests appreciate this personal touch, though we do understand preferences vary. Finally, our checkout procedures are included in the guest welcome book provided inside the property & on the welcome paperwork you were given upon arrival. We also send a courtesy email reminder the day prior to departure as an extra touch. We truly value your input and are pleased that you had a wonderful stay. Warm regards, PoshPadz Luxury Vacation Rentals
