Good comunication Umbrella above sunbeds should be gazebo Outside shower near pool Gazebo next to laundry room to park 2 cars in the shade

Beautiful villa in quiet rural environment

We visited Casa Felicita for the second time and liked it even more than last year. The villa is situated on a hill within a quiet rural area. Everything is very clean, well equipped and in excellent condition. Marche Holiday was always there whenever we needed help or assistance. Special thanks to Dean who looked after us perfectly :-) A few more recommendations for restaurants and sights nearby would be helpful. Maybe also places where to go for buying good olive oil or wine.

Ruheoase für Erholungssuchende

Das Haus liegt versteckt in den Hügeln der Marche abseits vom Tourismus und bietet die perfekte Oase für Ruhe suchende erholungsbedürftige Reisende. Restaurants, Bar, Supermarkt etc. sind in der Nähe, allerdings nicht fußläufig erreichbar. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Wir kommen SEHR gerne wieder. Möglicherweise ist eine Zwischenreinigung sinnvoll, wenn Familien oder wenn viele Leute im Haus sind. Für uns zu zweit war das aber überhaupt nicht nötig.
