Property was nicely decorated, clean and well equipped. Bed very comfortable. Perfect situation to explore Southwold town and seafront. A few comments: 1. Some walls were showing signs of water ingress (behind electric light switch on hallway wall leading into kitchen). Also smell of dampness. 2. Light in downstairs toilet was faulty. 3. Water from shower was absolutely boiling and couldn’t find a way to adjust it. Tried using control in hallway but to no avail.
