A French Manor House with private pool and tennis court, formal living and dining rooms, fireplace, study and unique Gauguin Bar. The house has welcomed numerous noteworthy guests along the way including: Donovan, Roger McGuinn and Leslie Gore, jazz artists; Bobby Watson, John Hicks and Victor Lewis.

We are the Henderson family. Originally from the Berkshires, Manor Lane is my childhood home. My husband and I have recently purchased Manor Lane and have begun the process of restoring this magical Berkshire Estate. We currently reside in Santa Barbara and visit the Berkshires as often as possible. There is no place like home, especially this French Manor Home set in the heart of the Beautiful Berkshire Mountains. We are located only 2.5 miles to the center of Great Barrington. We welcome you to enjoy the charm and mystique that is Manor Lane.

Manor Lane is one of a kind. A French country estate with privacy, private pool and tennis court. We are located only 5 minutes to the town of Great Barrington with great shopping and restaurants. Located only 10 minutes to great skiing at both Butternut and Catamount ski resorts. 25 minutes to Tanglewood. Close to all the Berkshires has to offer, while remaining private and serene.
