LTM GREENHOUSE Evocative historic home in the Latomia dei Cappuccini

The villa is arranged over two levels connected by an old stone staircase. On the ground floor is the living area, which opens directly onto the garden and consists of a dining room, a kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom. All rooms open directly onto the outdoor space. Inside the dining room, there is an ancient alcove carved into the rock, furnished with a wooden daybed. On the upper level are the bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, as well as a second bathroom. In the small sitting area off the hallway, there is an additional one-and-a-half-person sofa bed.
The completely private outdoor space is a stunning rock terrace surrounded by white walls, furnished with chaise longues, wooden and stone tables, and relaxation areas, as well as a small infinity pool set among the rocks where you can relax and cool off.
