Glasgow City Flats has provided me with a fully stocked modern and safe apartment whenever I have been in Glasgow and have highly recommend them to all.

The apartment was not properly cleaned with an old sandwich left in the microwave, along with dried contact lenses and dead bugs in the bathroom. The washer was brand new but did not work/was not set up properly. There are no lights outside the entrance to the apartment building, and the lights in the hallway do not work. We were only given a 50 refund because we did not find the issues with the washer/sandwich until the end of our last day. The location is convenient and quiet for where it’s at.

The guest was there for 3 nights and only reported her concerns around 9pm Sunday night with a Monday morning check-out. She requested a £200 refund which seemed highly disproportionate. We did not find the same issues as was reported.
