For those who love peace and quiet but still want to live close to the city and shopping. Beachfront lot with its own dock, open floor plan, large bathroom with sauna, and separate toilet. The house faces south/west and is surrounded by unspoiled nature and hiking trails, and is just 50 metres from the Värmdö Golf & Country Club. Everything you need is right here in the house. Fireplaces both indoors and outdoors. Infrared heating. We rent it out from 1 September through the end of April.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
