This modern water villa has been built right on the water and offers a unique holiday experience. Enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the Baltic Sea and the Marina Wendtorf marina. The holiday flat features an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with access to a spacious balcony. As well as a hob, the kitchen is equipped with a wok hob. Two bedrooms each feature a double bed and a flat-screen TV. A further bedroom has two single beds and a flat-screen TV. The double sofa bed in the living room provides two additional sleeping places. Two bathrooms with underfloor heating ensure a comfortable stay. The large bathroom features a rain shower with a steam bath function, a sauna and a whirlpool; the second bathroom has an additional shower. A television with a Blu-ray player, a soundbar with Bluetooth and a bioethanol fireplace complete the amenities. The flat comes with a parking space. A lift is available for flats on the upper floors. As several flats of the same design are on offer, the furnishings may vary; the images shown are for illustrative purposes only. There are playgrounds available on the promenade. The Activity Centre offers children an indoor play area with slides and climbing frames, as well as black-light mini-golf for young and old alike. Entry is free for DanCenter guests. Rental exclusively to holidaymakers for holiday purposes.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
