This high-lying holiday home on the scenic island of Als has a fantastic view of Mjels Sø. It is a short distance to Bund Sø where you can fish with a fishing license.t where you can also fish with a fishing license. The 86 m2 house was built in 1959 and is ideal for couples or families who want to relax in quiet surroundings. Nearby is a golf course, Nordborg Castle, the Danfoss Universe adventure park, and Nordborg resort with one of the largest water parks in the Nordic region. All perfect for memorable day trips. After an exciting excursion, you can enjoy the evening sun on the terrace.

Udsigten over Mjels Sø kunne ses klart fra terrassen hvor vi slappede af om aftenen efter besøg i Danfoss Universe parkerne i nærheden.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Der Garten ist verwahrlost. Das Spielgerät im Garten zugewachsen. Sitzmöbel vermisst. Im Haus riecht es unangenehm. In den Schränken im Flur und teilweise in der Küche sammelt sich Müll. Matratzen im Kinderzimmer mit großen Flecken. Das Schiebefenster zur Terrasse ist nur mit großer Anstrengung zu öffnen bzw zu schließen. Vorsicht ist geboten, dass es sich nicht aushängt. Der Keller gehört nicht zum Mietobjekt, muss aber zum Ablesen Wasser und Strom bzw WiFi-Passwort betreten werden:gefährlich Treppe / gruselig, der Treppenlift vermutlich vom ehemaligen Besitzer. Herr aus hängende Lichtschalter, nicht abgedeckte Kabeldurchbrüche. Die Liste lässt sich noch fortführen...
