The Beach House – Perfect for Sea Lovers

The Beach House is ideal for those who love the sea and seek both comfort and proximity to the ocean! Being just 100 meters from the beach is a major advantage, especially for anyone who enjoys spending time outdoors.

The mix of traditional and modern style gives the house a lot of character. The bright living area, which opens onto a fruit garden, is perfect for family or friend gatherings. The well-equipped kitchen (classic coffee maker and Senseo coffee machine) near the dining area is also very convenient for convivial meals.

The layout separates the living area from the sleeping area, providing calm and privacy in the bedrooms. A garage for storing equipment such as bicycles or kayaks is a great bonus for those who enjoy outdoor activities.

Enjoying a barbecue in the garden for outdoor meals is especially pleasant, given the proximity to the sea. It’s a wonderful setting for relaxing and making the most of your stay.

Parking is available directly in front of the house (not on the right side).

Linens

Bed linens are not provided, but “beds made upon arrival” can be rented at the following rates:

€20 per double bed (140x190 cm), towels included

€15 per single bed (90x190 cm), towels included

The accommodation:

Comfortable and ideally located on the second floor without a lift (in a residence with a large private car park), this apartment accommodates up to 4 people and offers a pleasant sea view.

You can do everything on foot: discover the heritage, reach the town centre and its shops, enjoy the beaches and go for a walk.

Living space:

A bright living room including a comfortable lounge/dining area and a sofa bed (140x190 cm) offering two additional sleeping spaces.

A fitted kitchen with a dining area.

Bedroom and sleeping arrangements:

A bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm).

Facilities and amenities:

A functional bathroom with a shower and toilet.

A laundry room in the basement with a washing machine (basement is open at all times).

Please note: No Wi-Fi connection in the accommodation.

Provided on site: sponge and washing-up liquid

Not provided (salt, pepper and oil).

Options and extras (payment on site)

Bed linen and towels:

Not provided as standard, but the option of "beds made" is available for hire
