Beautiful condo located on 2nd floor. End unit overlooking beautiful tropical plants and offering natural light ! Turn key and ready to go. Short walk brings you to beach via private easement. Step outside your door relax on outdoor furniture overlooking the bay, pool,tennis courts , tropical foliage and beautiful Florida sky! Launch your small watercraft at the private boat ramp and leave docked at bay. Longboat key has it all but maintains an atmosphere of peace and quiet.

In the year 2004 my husband and I found a condo on Longboat Key and rented for the a month in the summer. My husband continued to work and join us on the weekends. I was able to spend the week in the condo with my three boys 4, 6 and 15. We continued this tradition for over 12 years. We feel in love with Longboat Key and were able to purchase our own unit last year. It is our paradise and hope you are able to enjoy as well.
