Great location and host

This property was within walking distance to all we needed in New Orleans. Small but quite sufficient it is close enough to nightlife that you will hear city noise during the night hours (music, sirens, loud cars) so that was not unexpected. The loft was clean and well accommodated with everything we needed for our short stay. We even extended by a night and got right thru to customer service who resolved my inquiry promptly. I would recommend the property and Hosteeva.

Great location, cute place!

This was an amazing location for my spouse and I! The condo was clean, but could have used some general maintenance (eg. the laundry door was off the hinges, the thermostat was unreadable). We also could have used like 4 more washcloths (2 was not enough for 6 days)! Overall, good experience, and loved the rooftop patio!

A dissapointing place to stay

The sofa was broken and I have sat on cement softer than this horrible excuse for a couch. The cable losts its internet connection and management was unable to reset, so tv was a bust. Shower was a nice rainhead but it stuck out about 5 inches and water essentially rain down the wall.. Kitchen lacked oven mitts so you needed to pull out the baking sheet with a bath towel. Even on the 6th floor music blasted all night . So its not a quiet place at all. Hosteeva responded quickly with apologies but did absolutely nothing to reset the internet or supply ovenmitts. In fact tbay asked me to do it. While it was pleasent and rapid resonses to my requests. They were worthless. On the plus side the door stuck to the warped hard floor making it difficult to lock yourself out if your were taking the trash out.

Overall good

Distance to surrounding attractions was good. But my window was broken in my vehicle as were others around me by thieves in the nearest parking lot two blocks down the street. Thermostat was broken and not able to read the display. Shower head was very slow. Couch could use improvement. However, I still feel it was an ok room and an accurate listing.

Perfect location, some safety issues with actual place

Overall, this condo turned out to be the perfect place to stay. The location was walking distance to everywhere that we were interested in going (French Quarter and Arts District), beds were comfortable, and living space was perfect for the 4 of us who went. We also loved the rooftop balcony/patio on the property. The only issues we had were that the sheets that were originally given for the pullout sofa bed were stained (which we reported through Hosteeva and were given new sheets within 12 hours); the door leading from the bathroom to the bedroom is on the hinge, but the hinge is disconnected from the wall at the top, so it will not close all the way; and the shower curtain rod is disconnected from the wall on the side closest to the toilet. I made a Hosteeva employee aware of these issues, but the rod and door issue were not fixed during our stay (I didn't expect them to be since we had a short stay), but I hope they will be fixed for the next guests. Despite these issues, my group would stay there again!
