Great location in the heart of it all with easy walking to everything you want to see. House was spacious and comfortable for our family of four. It has a washer which was helpful to avoid over packing. LOVED the rooftop terrace. The views of Rome are beautiful from up there.
Great location. It's air conditioned, but at 99 degrees it was struggling but not uncomfortable. The shower nozzles could be updated for a better spray. In the evening, the terrace was a great place for a glass of wine. It would be good to supply dish towels for the kitchen, but overall, well appointed, roomy and comfortable.

I do not recommend this apartment for American families traveling to Italy. We ultimately did not stay a single night. While you expect apartments in this part of Rome to have some unique features due to their age, this apartment felt much dingier and worn down than the listing photos suggest. The split level design was also not suitable for our family, particularly when traveling with children and luggage.Because of these issues, we made the difficult decision to leave immediately and book alterative accommodations at significant additional expense. The location may work for some travelers, but families should be aware that the layout and overall condition of the property is materially different from expectations based on the listing photos. The rooftop view is as advertised.
The apartment is in an excellent location and is very spacious. The property is nice but needs upgrades including shower fixtures that don’t leak and kitchen amenities like toaster oven and proper coffee maker. The AC does not work very well in the master bedroom or main living area. In the Fall or Spring when the terraces can be enjoyed and the windows can be open this property would be more enjoyable as the views are beautiful.
