Villa Kristiania—in a prime location and newly renovated

Large house in a central location in the very popular Skøyen/Bestum area. The house is 250 square metres and feels very spacious. It features 150 square metres of rooftop terrace and other terraces, as well as a lovely garden. The location is very quiet in a cul-de-sac, yet it’s just a five-minute walk from the “Skøyen” train station, which is also a stop on the Flytoget line. From this station, trains run every five minutes to city centre, and the train ride takes 5 to 7 minutes, depending on the destination.
