the bungalow is situated in 0.8 of an acre surounded be trees and farms with rolling hills. it is also suitable for people with a disability as there is an accessible ramp to access the house and a wet room. the property is located South Ayrshire on the borders with Dumfries and Galloway. which is part of the night sky area. the property is a Home from home with 2 ovens, microwave and hob. Built in dishwasher and washing machine and access to tumble dryer, fridge and freezer. Country walks and views to die for. Also short drive to 2 seaside towns access to ferry to Belfast if you fancy a day out. whiskey trail short drive away. and a number of golf courses eg Turnberry and Ayre race course. about an hour drive from Prestwick airport.
