Walk to Waikiki beach, Ala Moana mall, convention center, restaurants, shops and many other Waikiki attractions in this newly renovated unit.

Unit comes with wifi internet, cable TV, window air conditioning, microwave, toaster, hair dryer, iron, soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels (bath and beach).

Beach chairs and beach umbrella available upon request.

The building offers a pool, Jacuzzi, large sun deck, barbecue grills, gym (one time $5 per guest usage fee), coin laundry, common area wifi, a bar and café.

The view includes city, canal, mountain range and glimpses of the ocean.

Attached covered parking available at rate of $45/per 24 hours with in & out privileges. They take cash only. If you are staying past 7 days, please ask me about cheaper parking options.

Luggage storage service provided by our security office on the lower lobby level for $5 per bag.

There is 24 hour building security.

Good stop off for a couple of nights on Oahu

Place is dated but clean. Check in and out was pretty easy. This location was good for just our couple of nights on the island. Bakery downstairs was super good. Paid parking onsite was tight but sufficient.

The property is in a central location to many things we were interested visiting. The parking structure is a bit tight, so bring your parking skills if you rent anything minivan size or larger.

Clean and exactly as listed. Both Shujie and Manger Kelly were great to deal with. Both units had exactly what we needed for a quick trip to Oahu and was centrally located since we didn't have a car.

Property was nothing special except for the bed. That was fantastic! Didn't spend a lot of time in the room. The location was absolutely fantastic; short walk to the beach, food trucks across the street, restaurants within a block, onsite storage, beautiful pool area. Was definitely worth what I paid.

My overall appearance is below standards inside of an old converted hotel that needed a remodel 30 years ago. It seems like every square inch of the property is utilized by people or shops, etc. it looks like a hoarders Are everywhere. The property itself was at best mediocre. My overall rating for the units themselves are well below. I would tell you that I am a spoiled US mainland person but this definitely reminds me of government project housing. I want to be totally fair with this review and tell you that all the properties in Waikiki for the most part are over 90% of them are very aged, so property fits into that same category. Please don’t think you’re staying here and staying in a resort. It’s definitely not. I don’t think the people are not providing you with factual information, but it is definitely something to be desired and I would not stay at this property again . I hope this review helps everybody again the properties in the area very similar.

good value for the price

We rented the place for 8 nights, both units. The AC in both are window mounted and very loud, even with the ear plugs. If you turn it off - it's very stuffy and hot, and can't open the window...we tried to stay there as little as we can. The kitchen is not equipped for cooking: 1 small pot and a huge frying pan that is impossible to use, because it slides off the stove. No teapot or kettle for the tea. But the owner is very nice and helpful, maybe if he knows these issues, he would fix it. I would rate it as a 3 star hotel.

$35 per day attached parking garage. high beds are a struggle

No mention was made of the $35 per day parking garage, which whether or not your exact company, is associated physically. High beds are a struggle for older people to get in and out. Key card did not work, on double rooms with 5 people and only a single working card. We were unclear on how to get a new one. The desk downstairs denied any help. Probably we did not read you information sheet carefully to contact you. Otherwise good. We only use a room to sleep, appreciated the coffee, then gone all day.

We had a great stay at this property! The location was great and we loved the short walk to shopping and Waikiki beach! This property was clean and comfortable. The owner left wonderful directions that made checking in and out very easy and even a box of chocolates which made the kids' day!

Good value for large groups staying in Oahu

Our condo was comfortable for our large family. Our host was kind, helpful, and patient. We arrived late due to getting lost on our way in from the airport, but once we got there he showed up in minutes to let us in and help us get settled. We requested extra pillows and an extra cot for our youngest daughter, and he quickly responded. Host left box of chocolates and water bottles in fridge, very thoughtful. Extra folding table and big beach bags in closet were also helpful. Thank you, Shujie!

To start with, the host, Shujie, is amazing. Every time when I send questions, I received responses in a very short time. He let us borrow some extra items to make our trip easier. He is seriously a major reason why our vacation was awesome. I booked both units for our family vacation for total of 5 adults and 2 kids. One room was large enough that we all got to hang out together. While the other room seems to be a bit small, it is plenty enough for 3 of us, me, my husband and our 2 year-old daughter, to sleep, get ready and eat. While our two girls were a bit scared of going to the ocean, the condo has pool and jacuzzi that they got to enjoy a lot with dads. The location was very convenient as well. It is a bit away from the very main part of Waikiki, but there are still lots of good and convenient places are around: beach, convenience store, good coffee shops and restaurants, and Ala Moana shopping center. We didn't have a car, but we can pretty much walk to anywhere when we needed something. Lastly, it was very nice plus that the this location was in a airport pick-up shuttle range. We were planning on taking a city bus to get to the airport until we found out that the city bus won't take a passenger with a suitcase. While lots of affordable shuttles service only pick up people from hotels, this location was included in those shuttles. This was a huge plus. All our family enjoyed everything about our trip and this place and Shujie made it happen. Thank you very much and I look forward to come back to this place again.

Perfect family set-up...not too fancy, but very cozy, comfortable and well located!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. There were 5 of us and the set up worked perfectly for my mother-in-law and daughter to room together, while my husband and I stayed in the other studio with our infant son. We LOVED having the shared foyer. This allowed us to park the stroller and our shoes there, leave our studio doors open and move freely from one condo to the next for those family moments, like sharing a cup a coffee, making breakfast together or winding down from the day's activities. We enjoyed having the kitchens, which allowed us to make a Costco run and purchase snacks, some basic breakfast foods, etc to support our week there. Also, loved being able to wash our clothes, at the onsite laundry facility found in the building, at the end of the week to avoid traveling home with a bunch of dirty clothes. Shujie is a great host. He has included some great pieces in each of the rooms that adds convenience to your vacation. The cooler bags are awesome for trips to the beach and other excursions. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and basic kitchen tools. LOVED the toiletries provided. In addition, Shujie's recommendations for things to do and places to eat was hugely appreciated and much enjoyed! Lastly, it would be a miss on my part if I didn't acknowledge the extremely hospitable box of chocolates and water left in each condo to welcome us to oir temporary home. This was an amazing gesture and just speaks to the vibe created here. We didn't experience any issues with the building. It fits right in with where it's located. Majority of the folks we met were kind and helpful...we had a good time at the pool, ventured out every day on foot and found SO many things nearby (LOTS of food and shops). We did still rent a vehicle and I'm glad we did. This allowed us to explore other parts of the island and run random errands like going grocery shopping. I think that covers everything. Again, we had an amazing time...our stay was great, our host was great...our vacation was great!

The place was clean and was perfect for us! I saw in another review about elevators taking time, but there are three elevators that worked fairly fast. We met Shujie, he was very nice and accommodating to our needs! We would rent from again if we’re in Honolulu. Nice location, we walked to the shops, beach, and it was 10 minutes to Les Murakami Stadium where our son played Baseball!

Our place had everything we needed and more. We were especially surprised by the beach bags and beach towels as well as the yummy chocolates and Hawaiian coffee. The kitchen was stocked well with all utensils and cookware we needed to cook a few meals for our family of 4. Thank you for the water bottles in our refrigerators. The showers were very nice with good water pressure and shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel well supplied. Great hairdryer as well. We loved the view, and the location was great for a walk to the shops, restaurants, and beach as well as grocery stores. You may want to bring sleeping eye masks since the light comes in brightly in the morning. I was glad I brought them. We had a great time and will recommend staying here to friends.

My friend and I chose to stay at Shujie's accommodations for a couple of reasons first was having two separate units, having your own privacy is always good and not having to fight for a bathroom can't complain about that. The kitchen was fully equipped although we did not take advantage of the kitchen's other than for breakfast, but lots of room in the fridge to keep your beverages cold. The unit was very clean well equipped , had beautiful views can see a bit of the Ocean between the buildings, beautiful at night time with all the lights over the city. About 5 blocks from the beach lots of shopping nearby.. if one of us was out in the evening we had no issues of feeling uncomfortable in the neighborhood. The hotel part itself was a bit old, Lobby dated but overall clean.. elevators a bit slow but for the price we paid for the unit you just made sure you left yourself enough time if in a hurry to get down to the lobby. Overall we enjoyed our stay, my friend is even thinking this may be a great location again and she may be returning to Hawaii next year with 2 friends. Thanks again and I wouldn't hesitate of booking this location again.
