This is a wonderful rental! The space is beautiful and the hosts could not be any nicer. I had to rate this as a 3 for "family friendly", but that's only because it's really meant for no more than a couple as there is one bedroom with a king bed. But that in no way diminishes how great this space is. It's such a quiet community yet it's close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend this rental. And a huge thank you to John and Milan for sharing their home with us.

Fantastic property

Don't hesitate to book this property. It is one of the best we have stayed in hands down. Everything was above standard including the cleanliness. The hosts were gracious and made our stay a delight, right down to the homemade cookies!

Better than advertised!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Le Petit Chateau. The room was very spacious, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. The location was quiet and convenient to our visit to the Biltmore Estate. John was a very gracious and accomodating host and we would certainly stay here again the next time we visit Asheville.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and so nice to talk with. Check-in was a breeze and early check-in worked out.The unit was spacious, very comfortable, extremely well-appointed, and spotless. We slept great! The surroundings were quiet and beautiful, offering a relaxing atmosphere while still being close to all the local attractions and the airport. Airport is a15 to 20 minute ride, downtown 10 to 15 minutes, and Biltmore estate 10 to 15 minutes.We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches — coffee, bottled water, and delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Asheville getaway

This was a perfect spot for a short getaway for my husband and me! the property owners are amazing, and go out of their way to add personal touches to your stay. The location is super close to downtown Asheville but far enough away for you to enjoy tranquility as well. We will definitely be back!!!

Simply extravagant experience!

A beautiful place with interesting antiques from all over! The vibe from this apartment was very homely but interesting. In my opinion better then staying in biltmore. Very comfortable and has everything you could want for a vacation in asheville. This couple is incredibly accommodating and clearly know asheville like the back of their hand! Very welcoming and friendly people that have plenty of advice for those exploring asheville for the first time! I will certainly be staying again!

Perfect New Years Eve Getaway Spot

We were looking for a nice place where we could enjoy the sights of Asheville and yet have a evening in on New Years Eve because my sweetheart wanted to cook me dinner, and this was the picture perfect spot! From the well equipped kitchen, to the gorgeous chandelier and furnishings, we couldn’t have asked for anything better to start the New Year. Thank you so much Milan!

This was our first trip to Asheville. The location was convenient, providing an easy drive to every location we visited. The apartment was private, and very comfortable after long days of exploring the town and surrounding areas. Great hosts as well, with great recommendations for local experiences and restaurants. For example, the recommendation for dining at the Grove Inn was excellent, as the views were amazing. Overall, it was a great stay! Thanks!

Our stay was fabulous. The property is beautiful and spacious. Quiet and peaceful. It is clean and decorated elegantly. We were welcomed with chocolate chip cookies and Milan is so sweet (and funny). We so enjoyed our stay. It is close to shopping, the Biltmore, food. The community is gated so we felt safe and secure. This was our first time to Asheville and we definitely want to return and especially hope to stay at this place!

SERENITY!!!

Thank you SO MUCH Milan and John for such an AMAZING stay!! The host are SO welcoming and lovely to talk to! The property was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! From the lovely decor, to the high quality bedding! We felt like we were at a Hilton! The location is a quick traffic free drive to everything!! We had a great time walking all around the downtown area, and being able to retreat to the solitude of a rural area. We are so excited about visiting again!!
