Gorgeous modern apartment

We booked very last minute (on the day) and the management and housekeeping were so accommodating. The apartment was spotless, modern and very comfortable. Everything had been thought of. A fresh fruit bowl, wine and chocolates as a welcome too. The apartment is central to the bars, restaurants and shops in Ribeira Brava, and a stones throw to the seafront. I can’t recommend this apartment enough. Will be back!

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the apartment well-equipped, clean, and ideally located. We are sorry that your experience did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the shared terrace, this is clearly stated in the property description so that guests can make an informed decision before booking. We also sincerely regret the inconvenience caused by the behaviour of another resident in the building. Unfortunately, the actions of other occupants are beyond our control. However, as soon as we were informed of the situation, we made several attempts to contact the person involved and asked them to stop the disruptive behaviour. Thank you for your comments, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Sehr schöne Wohnung auf der obersten Etage. Von einem Fenster sieht man das Meer. Lebensmittel Laden ist direkt im EG. Strand fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar.
