Spoiled our vacation

This vacation home was the worst house I've ever been in my life. The bathroom tub was not working, the stove oven was not working, there were nails on the on the woods pool deck and I had kid, the air conditioning stopped working for 15 hours and I had to leave the house because the owner of the house did not give immediate assistance. When we went to take a shower, there was no door in the bathroom to hold the water inside the shower and wet the roof of the shower and make a river of water on the floor. Spoiled our vacation

Unfortunately, this is a revenge review... Guest has broken lights on the kitchen and was charged a part of his security deposit... After he decided to revenge... ******** Point by point: ********* (1) The bathroom tub is fixed now, at that moment didn't have enough time for fixing it after the previous guests (2) The stove oven was and always has been working, not truth (3) I don't have nails at the deck at all! Where you took it from?... Oh, boy. (4) There wasn't immediate assistance with AC because guest did NOT tell about the issue to the landlord until late night. I had to call 24/7 emergency service instead of regular one... (5) There is special design of the shower, so disable people can use it too. Instead of coming up with the nonsense, guest could simply to ask how to use it, if couldn't figure out on his own...)

Pictures are decieving

While the location was superb ( in million $$ subdivision), location was perfect and the property manager was very polite and helpful, the house and outdoor deck needs some serious TLC. With just a little care this rental could really shine. Deck was in dire need of repair. Don't go barefoot on wood deck and outdoor furniture was broken and old. Inside tub not working so if you have little ones, forget it. Something as simple to change out as the microwave was working but all rusted out. Vaccum cleaner and electric broom broken or missing parts. There were little critters which we know is common in Florida but there was clearly a problem. It's too bad because it could be an outstanding property with just a little love and care. Again, property owner very nice.

A couple of corrections: (1) there were several protrusive screws - we fixed that, and Anna could easily asked for that during her accommodation; (2) bathtub - yes, it is described on the profile page and Anna could read it before making the reservation); (3) we love and care about this property, so, everyone is welcomed to send an inquiry, who would respect house rules)

Super Fun Spring Break

House is very pretty! Exactly what you see in pictures. Host Kirill VERY attentive and friendly! Loved our stay. Would Definitely recommend. Sun in pool all day long! Been staying in different houses for 10 Years over spring break and this house was clean and insect free! Especially in Fl that’s unheard of! Kirill thank you and we will be back again!

Spring Break!

We stayed at the home the week of March 13th - March 20th and it was a much needed break from the day to day stress. We were there with 3 adults and 4 kids and was a stress free week. Kirill was very helpful, he quickly responded to all of my many inquiries before we arrived and was there for anything we need while at the house. The house is exactly what you see, perfectly located, spacious, open concept, clean and cozy. The seller on this place is the amazing deck and view of the intercostal. It was breathtaking a great wait to start your day with a coffee and end it with a drink! The home is close to all shops and a 5 minute drive to the beach. We had never been to Fort Lauderdale but will definitely be back. I want to thank Kirill for a great week!
