Hello, We were welcomed by Khadija, who has a confident, steady, warm, and caring presence. On top of that, she is an excellent cook. The accommodation is very beautiful and ideally located, both near a gate of the Fes Medina and within the Medina itself. The guide Hassan that our host recommended, guided us through the Medina and also outside the walls. He made us discover the history, the unique features, and the crafts of the Medina—it was very interesting and informative. He knows his city well and adapts to our sightseeing preferences. Unfortunately, there was a bit of frustration because not all the monument doors are open to every tourist. I recommend Emma's accommodation—she regularly checked if we were well settled—for a visit to the city under the best conditions. We felt a bit hot but that's to be expected for a visit in the middle of summer! Emma provides 2 air-conditioned rooms to recharge at night and several large fans...
