DianoVacanza welcomes you to our cosy and modern apartment in Diano Marina, an ideal destination for those who want to enjoy a holiday filled with the beach, nature, and relaxation. Located 500 metres from the pedestrian zone and 600 metres from the beach, and close to all major amenities, this apartment is the perfect base for exploring the wonders of the Riviera dei Fiori.
The Space
Area: The apartment covers an area of 60 square metres, providing ample space for the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. The layout has been designed to ensure convenience and privacy for all guests.

Sleeping arrangements: The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, making it ideal for families, couples, or small groups of friends. The space is designed to offer maximum comfort in every season of the year.
Two bedrooms:
• The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (190x160), comfortable nightstands, a spacious closet, and a chest of drawers for keeping clothes organised. The room is illuminated by a French door that allows you to enjoy natural light during the day.
• The second bedroom, perfect for two people, features two single beds (190x80)—one of which is a fold-down bed—both of which are comfortable, along with a spacious closet, a nightstand, and a window.
• The bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs, so you can relax and watch your favourite shows right from bed.

Bathroom:
The apartment’s bathroom is spacious and well-furnished, complete with:
• A walk-in shower, easily accessible and equipped with a showerhead and handheld shower.
• Toilet, sink, and bidet.
• A large mirror with a light and a convenient cabinet for storing toiletries.
• Hair dryer available for extra comfort.
• Set of bath towels, including hand towels.
• Washing machine: For longer stays, a washing machine is provided so guests can do their laundry conveniently at home.

The kitchen is fully equipped for those who wish to prepare their own meals during their stay. Guests will find:
• Gas stove.
• Refrigerator and freezer for storing fresh food.
• Microwave and conventional oven.
• Dishwasher for quick and easy cleaning.
• Moka pot for filtered coffee.
• Pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, and all the utensils you need to cook just like at home.

The kitchen balcony is perfect for outdoor breakfasts.

The living room is a bright and cosy space with a modern and functional design. Inside, you’ll find:
• A comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing and watching TV or chatting with friends.
• A 55-inch flat-screen Smart TV, for entertainment after a day at the beach.
• A dining table with chairs, where guests can eat together, use the space as a workspace, or use the small desk.
• Free Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected throughout your stay.

Additional Amenities
The apartment is equipped with all the amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible:
• Ductless split-system air conditioning in every room during the summer months to maintain the ideal temperature.
• Radiant heating for the colder months.
• To ensure maximum comfort during your stay, we provide a complete set of linens for the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. This includes:
• Sheets, pillowcases, and bedspreads for each bed.
• Bath towels (shower, face, and guest).
• Tea towels and kitchen linens.
• Please note that linen changes are not included during your stay, unless you specifically request additional changes, which will be arranged upon request for a small additional fee.

Accessibility: The apartment is located on the ground floor of an elegant building and has an lift to ensure maximum convenience. However, there are 6 steps to climb before reaching the lift, so it is not completely barrier-free. Access to the apartment is still easy and convenient for most guests, including families with children or people with limited mobility, unless they have difficulty with the few steps.

We offer the option to reserve a spot on the beach, so you don’t have to scramble at the last minute. Please note that availability may be limited during peak season.

To ensure the respect of my apartment, here are some simple rules to follow:
• No smoking inside.
• No parties or events allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.

Please keep in mind:
• Check-in time: To allow for thorough sanitisation of the accommodation, check-in is at 3:00 PM (flexible). I will notify you if the apartment is ready earlier. Check-out by 10:00 a.m.
• The apartment must be left in good condition at check-out.
