Très bel appartement et emplacement qui rend cette première visite à Madère inoubliable.

-appartement très bien équipé et fonctionnel pour 4 personnes - immeuble neuf de très bonne qualité de construction et conception - exposition face à la mer sans vis-à-vis - proximité commerces très appréciable - localisation centrale sur l’île Le seul point qui sera bientôt résolu est l’accès à la mer - assez long pour le moment (15mn minimum de marche avec forte pente) l’escalier ascenseur qui sera mis en fonction dans les prochains jours semaines sera un vrai plus.
