The rural house 'El Nostre Cantir' is ideal for 8-10 people and is located in the heart of the Costa Daurada.
The house is about 145m², completely exterior, filled with natural light, and furnished in a rustic style in perfect condition. It features a living room with a fireplace, a large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms (each with a double bed), one bedroom with 2 single beds, two single bedrooms (each with a single bed), a double sofa bed in the dining room, and two bathrooms with a bathtub and shower. Air conditioning.
Outside, there is a huge garden with a 5*10m private pool, a 30m² porch, parking for three to four cars, a barbecue and stone oven with a set of tables and chairs for outdoor dining. There is also an outdoor lounge area with sofas for relaxation and play area with swings and games like ping-pong, basketball, and volleyball.
The property is surrounded by a beautiful natural environment with a variety of plants and flowers.
The house is just a few minutes' drive from L'Ametlla de Mar and its stunning coves.
Additionally, L'Ametlla de Mar is only 30 minutes north by car from Port Aventura theme park, perfect for both kids and adults, and 30 minutes south from the Ebro Delta, a unique natural park in all of Europe.

El interior de la casa y la piscina está muy bien cuidado, y el enorme espacio exterior también. La barbacoa de obra es muy amplia y la disfrutamos muchísimo. La atención de Fernando y Araceli fue exquisita.
