Great stay at Villa Praia e Floresta

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Praia e Floresta. Check-in was completely seamless since everything had already been arranged online. Marie-Anne is an incredible host who gave us a very warm welcome. The villa itself is spacious with plenty of rooms, but we especially loved the garden and spent most of our time relaxing and dining in the pool house. The location is also perfect—great for day trips to various beaches and very close to Lisbon. 05/10/26

We had such an amazing stay here. We traveled with a large group of 15, including 8 kids and the space was perfect for us. The common areas were spacious, the house had private rooms and bathrooms for each family and the backyard and pool were such an incredible bonus - it truly felt like a getaway. The location of the house was great. It was quiet, safe, and very close to supermarkets, restaurants, and the beach. On top of everything, the hosts Marie-Anne and her husband were so kind and accommodating. They personally welcomed us and provided us with a tour of the house. I would highly recommend this property!!

Great Villa

Great, well equipped and spotlessly clean villa with lovely grounds and pool in a nice quiet neighbourhood. A few minutes drive to the beaches and close enough for trips into Lisbon. Marie-Anne, the villa manager and her husband were really helpful with advice and tips on local attractions and in quickly sorting out the internet when it went down.

This is a fantastic place to stay! It's very tidy, quiet and spacious

This is a fantastic place to stay! It's very tidy, quiet and spacious. The villa is tastefully decorated and has everything you could possibly need. Communication with the host was excellent. A minor problem was solved quickly and professionally with good information. I was there with my team for a workshop, which was a great success — not least because the surroundings were so perfect. Many thanks to the owners and the villa rental company – we had such a great time! 26/09/25

Our week in Villa Praia e Floresta Aug ‘26.

We travelled from Ireland, England and USA for a great family reunion. A huge, well appointed villa with all the facilities you could wish for. A nice quiet location where shops, bars and restaurants were easily accessible by Bolt/Uber. The beach, boat trip for dolphin watching and the beautiful city of Lisbon were also readily available by taxi. Our house manager Marie-Anne was extremely helpful and always responsive to any queries. A great spot for a large group/family looking to relax, catch up and experience all the many things area has to offer. Obrigado! 09/08/26 Not too many comments here. The electrical appliances operated a little strangely and we had to be careful with the pool levels. The villa is huge and there are multiple living, kitchen and dining areas but they are all pretty well stocked!

We had an amazing stay at the villa

We had an amazing stay at the villa. Our contacts Andrea & Filipe were there to meet us when we arrived and show us round the villa which was great as it really is enormous. The bedroom and bathroom layout was perfect for our family set up and the two kitchens were both well stocked with every plate and kitchen gadget you could imagine. The pool area was perfect, quiet and private with plenty of pool toys for the kids, and loungers for the adults. The indoor BBQ was also a massive hit as we were able to BBQ and eat outside. All in all this was a perfect place to stay with a large group. Access to Lisbon was really easy with both public transport and Ubers. Could not recommend this place enough. Thank you for a lovely stay. Sarah & extended family. 30/05/26

Clean, spacious villa with many options for a large family group. Large garden, great pool for kids with many inflatables 25/07/26 Many large saucepans for induction hob but no smaller pans. Top quality bedlinen throughout but a couple more soft pillows rather than firm foam would help.

We spent 5 days in June and could not have asked for a better experience. The villa is on a large plot with lots of rooms and space. Very well maintained and was perfect for us. The villa manager Maria Anne was lovely and was always on hand if we needed her. Highly recommend. 15/06/2026
