Naushop Townhome - Perfect Summer Getaway. Pool + Tennis

Our home is located in the lovely, centrally-located and family friendly neighborhood of Naushop. The front patio features a brand new grill and outdoor dining table and chairs. The living area is on the second floor, including two bedrooms, the living room, kitchen, dining table, and full bathroom. The first floor has an additional half bath and laundry area.

Booking a stay in Naushop includes everything the Naushop community has to offer, including heated pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, playground, clubhouse, and walking paths.

The home is conveniently located within 2 miles of town and right along both the Sconset and Airport bus routes, offering easy access to all corners of the island. It is also located along the Old South Road bike path, another great option for getting around the island.

Perfect stay

Nice area, conveniently located by bike path and bus stop. House was as described and perfect size for our small family, with everything we needed. Pool access was a plus! Host was happy to answer any questions we had about the area. We would definitely stay again!

Our family of 4 (3yo and 1yo) had a great stay in Naushop. The pool and playground were a couple of blocks away, the house had everything we needed including beach toys, chairs, towels, water table, and chairs for our kids. Location was convenient to everything and walking distance to breakfast and ice cream. The house is right on the bus route which is also very convenient on the island. Loved our stay and cant wait to visit again.

Very sweet rental. We were a family of four. Two adults and two kids who shared the twin bedroom. The property manager is very responsive. The unit was clean and very bright! A great value!

Our family of 4 had an excellent stay at this beautiful Naushop condo! We really appreciated the access to the playground and pool after a day at the beach. It’s central location is ideal for a short ride into town or a day at many of the nearby beaches.

Naushop Townhome is highly recommended! Place was light, bright, clean & had all amenities to make for a delightful stay. Great location - on the bike path & a number of convenient shops in walking distance. A/C, wifi, tv's, nice kitchen, bathrooms, grill all in solid working condition, nice bikes, plenty of everything, owner quick to respond on questions, would absolutely return! Enjoy!

This property is awesome! My group and I stayed at this townhouse for Memorial Day Weekend and it was perfect, Quick uber trip into town and Cisco Brewery. Stocked with all the essentials such as fresh linens and towels. Bright, clean and cozy. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone enjoying the island.
