Mother in law cottage apartment with hardwood floors, secured garage to store your kayak's, camping equipment or motorcycles. Our place has large yard with fire pit as well.
Located in a quiet family neighborhood, close to everything. 2.5 miles from Biltmore estate. 5 mins to downtown Asheville. 5 miles to Blue Ridge Parkway. 2 mins to Fun Depot. 2 miles to Highland Brewing Company. 2.5 miles to Biltmore Village. 3 miles from WNC Nature Center. Beautiful apartment with luxury and style in mind.

The space

2 bedrooms (One queen and 1 full) with an additional queen memory foam bed inside the fold out couch. Smart TV, full kitchen, washer and dryer. 100% cotton high thread count sheets. Very clean. Great for the whole family!
