The hotel itself was very nice.. the room we had is very old and could use updating. Had issues with the lock on the door that took host 9 hours to respond. Otherwise we didn't spend much time in there and enjoyed our stay

We had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic — right on the beach with beautiful views. The rooms are a bit dated, but they were clean, comfortable, and perfectly adequate for the price. The host was excellent — responsive, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.Highly recommended!

Room was clean and met expectations. View was great. The Italian Restaurant within the hotel was awesome. Thank goodness for the Tiki Bar Happy Hour otherwise drink prices are outrageous. Was hoping for early check in but we could not work it out with owner. Overall very satisfied the experience.

Margarita was a wonderful host! She responded quickly to answer any questions that we had. Love the location! Beautiful view, walking distance to everything we needed, great pool and beach, the Bamboo Tiki Bar has delicious food and the Italian restaurant and bar in the lobby is superb! We look forward to staying at Ocean Manor again!

The location is excellent. It’s an older building that mixes hotel rooms with privately-owned rooms. Overall, the facilities could use an update. The room was fairly clean with a very nice view of the ocean and pool. The pool was in need of a good cleaning. The bar and restaurant on-site were good and very convenient. Easy to walk and get around.

The room was clean and nice. Bed was comfortable. we would have liked a hi top table on the patio but we made do. Pool was nice but we spent all our time on the beach. Paying 14.98 a day for beach chairs can get pricy. Margaritte was super easy to get a hold of and was incredible!! I would highly recommend this place. Perfect location!!!!

Our host was wonderful. Pool is nice and food at the restaurant was good. Comfortable beds and a nice view from the balcony overlooking the pool and beach.
