We had a great time and we would definitely stay again but there’s room for improvement. The place was spacious, clean and in the perfect location. Here were some of the issues:-The blowdryer didn’t work, in fact, it started to smell like smoke, when I first plugged it in. We messaged the host and they said, they’d bring us another one but then, we didn’t hear from them. I had to message multiple times, until I received an answer. In the meantime, I had to go and buy one. The communication wasn’t the greatest. At the end of the stay, I found a second blowdryer. If it was communicated to me that there was a second blowdryer, I wouldn’t have to buy another one. They did offer to bring a replacement blowdryer but I had already replaced it because they were unresponsive. -The main door was difficult to use to get into the building. For the most part, it was impossible to get into. Everyone at the apartment was in the same predicament. The concierge is aware of the situation but late at night, when you are trying to get in, it’s not a good situation to be in. -If you want an extra set of towels, it’s 30 euro, which is quite overpriced. -The AC in the wall unit was leaking in the second bedroom but this is an easy fix. I’ve stayed at Vrbos for this price or lower and they’ve always gone above and beyond. I had higher expectations, as a company runs this one. Now that I know what to expect, it’ll make things manageable, the next time around.
