Casa di Lia, stylish apartment in the center

Casa di Lia is a delightful apartment in the center of Skiathos. It was fully renovated in 2024 and is stylish, comfortable and cosy. The apartment is 55 m² and sleeps 4 people by default, with the possibility to host 5 people. From the front door a small staircase of 5 steps leads up to the living area, which has an open plan kitchen, a big dining area for fun gatherings, a corner sofa bed, that very easily can be pulled out into a double bed, air-conditioning and television. Behind the living room the bedroom with a double bed and a seat that converts into a good single bed. The accommodation is equipped with the following items: iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, air-conditioned, 1 fan, 1 TV. The open plan kitchen has the following equipment: glass ceramic stove and oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided. Behind the kitchen is the bathroom which has a clever lay-out. The house is located in a small cobbled alley. To the right is the first beach within 750 meters walking distance. To the left you can reach the port in 3 minutes, or the mainstreet in 2 minutes.
