Welcome to this luxury beachfront house in Fort Morgan, Alabama called "No Shoes"! This vacation house available for rent sits directly on the white sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico. With 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, this gulf front house accommodates up to 14 guests. Breathtaking views can be experienced from every angle, one of the best spots being on the expansive raised porch. Float in your private heated pool, suntan in a lounge chair, or hang out at the outdoor dining table that all overlook the gorgeous beach. But you don't just have to admire the sparkling water from afar; No shoes are required to walk directly down to the water's edge. Hang out on the beach and in the water all day long! The uncrowded and unspoiled Fort Morgan beaches boast some of the most gorgeous sunsets you will ever see. Enjoy right from the beach, and be sure to stay for the crab hunting at nighttime! Along with the stunning views all day long, the sunset can, of course, be enjoyed right from the comfort of "No Shoes."

Inside this beachfront house, you will find everything you could need for the perfect Alabama Gulf Coast vacation. First, you will see the cozy living room, with ample seating and a flat-screen TV. The dining room table is perfect for dinners with family and friends. The full-service kitchen will surely meet your needs, with all new appliances including 2 new refrigerators and a separate ice maker. Easily access the back porch, where entertaining is made easy! Grill out under the house and enjoy at the outdoor dining around the pool.

After a long, sun-filled day, "No Shoes" offers ample sleeping space with comfort and luxury. There are 6 total bedrooms, and on the main floor is the master bedroom with a king bed and private bath. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms have king beds and private baths. There is also a queen bedroom and a room with 2 sets of bunks that have a shared bath. Up to 14 guests will be comfortably accommodated in this luxury home! For a relaxing, fun-filled, beautiful beach vacation, come rent the beachfront "No Shoes" that the whole group will love!

Fantastic Fort Morgan home

We spent a week at No Shoes for spring break with another family and could not have been happier with our experience. The home is fantastic and renovated and was perfect for our two families. It’s beachfront location is prefect and the small pool on the deck is ideal for those who don’t want to be on the beach all day. We definitely would stay here again!

This was perfect our family ! We loved how close it was to the beach and how you could see the deck from the beach if the older kids wanted to go to the house and swim in the pool. We got groceries at Walmart in Gulf Shores before we went to the house. We ate breakfast and lunch at the house and drove into Gulf Shores for dinner. One night we ate local at Sassy Bass and it was great. Only 1 mile from the ferry that goes over to Dauphin Island. Great place to stay.

Amazing house and views

The house was stunning and had everything we needed. Cleaning could be a bit more thorough, there was a used washcloth that had been missed and sand in corners etc and the baseboards could use a good cleaning. however, the house was very comfortable, beautiful and had everything we needed. The location could not be better, right on the beach. The heated pool worked great and was a nice addition as we went in the winter and it was dark early. I would be excited to stay here again.

I would suggest upgrading mattresses in first floor bedroom at least. We are happier if we sleep well. Also might check on cleaning service. There was sand in two of The beds the first night. Made us wonder if sheets had been changed. Overall it was wonderful and we will be back

Very Relaxing!

No Shoes was a very nice beach home to stay in. The rooms were all nicely decorated and the views of the gulf were excellent! We were there September 15 and it was unusually hot. With that being said, a cover over a portion of the patio would have been very helpful. After about noon you couldn't sit outside because it was just too hot! But over all you won't be disappointed if you choose to stay at No Shoes.

Great House for a retreat

Stayed the week of May 19th -26th. Loved the house and especially the pool. We had some green algae in the surf and so didn't want to get into it so when we got too hot on the beach we headed for the pool. Pool was great in the evening when you get tired of the beach and want to hang around the house for snacks and dinner. No complaints but would suggest a little more selection of cooking ware. Used the grill and it worked great. Nice to have a full size bbq pit to cook on instead of those tiny disposable grills. The house is nicely located to the Ferry.

Furniture, curtains, absolutely filthy. Floors discussing- when we mopped the water was black. Pool has lots of sand- deck was hazardous as nails piping up- boards with exposed nails. beds had pet hair- for a place with “no pets”… beds were comfortable. Driveway needs replaced- a car would bottom out.

In response to your specific points: Cleaning: We apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered. Our housekeeping team has been notified, and we are implementing additional training to ensure that such oversights do not occur in the future. We also just completed the bi-annual deep cleaning and also had all furniture/drapes/etc. professionally cleaned. Pool and Deck: We regret that the pool and deck did not meet your expectations. We are working to rectify these issues promptly, addressing both the sand in the pool and the hazardous deck conditions. Safety is of the utmost importance to us, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Beds: We are sorry to hear about the pet hair in the beds, especially in a property where pets are not allowed. All bed linens, including the comforters, are laundered offsite in a commercial-rated laundry facility so they are fresh and clean for every guest that stays with us. We are pleased to know that despite this, you found the beds comfortable. Driveway: We understand that the condition of the driveway was inconvenient for you, and we are exploring options for its repair to ensure a smoother experience for our guests. The neighbors are building a new house across the street and that has caused most of the issues with the driveway. The neoghbor's house is almost complete so there should not be any more heavy machinery tracks or building materials anywhere near it. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we would like to extend an invitation to make amends. We would be happy to offer you a discounted stay in the future so that you can experience the improvements we are making firsthand. The house was beautiful but it needed A LOT of maintenance while we were there. Not sure if no one had been staying there prior to but it seemed like everything was falling apart. When I did call they were wonderful, very quick, and efficient. When we first arrived a piece of rusted metal was hanging under the carport at head level. It could’ve definitely cut someone especially if you wasn’t paying attention. The upstairs ac was leaking and over flowed in the light fixture downstairs in the laundry room which eventually fell while we were out to eat and we came back to water in the floor. Later in the week the ac guy had to come back twice because it was 80 degrees but set on mid sixties. All the piping had to be changed. The washing machine was super slow and had mildew in it. Barely anything in the kitchen. If you plan to cook you need to bring your stuff to cook with. A good note, having two refrigerators was wonderful, a bathroom in every bedroom except one of them, and it was very nice being right on the beach for easy access. The beach view from the porch/pool was breath taking. All and all it was a wonderful trip and the best memories were made. Hopefully the next family won’t have many maintenance problems.

A wonderful place to stay

Our week at No Shoes was so enjoyable. The house is beautiful, modern and so spacious. The pool is a super plus with the kids and added peace of mind to the parents because they were right out front, not down the beach doing who knows what. The two refrigerators was a bonus and got filled up the first day! As with any new house, there were a few glitches, drapes wouldn't open or close, kitchen was short a few utensils (but a trip to the dollar store fixed that), the parking-turn around area was very limited. Wished there were lights above the stairs going down the outside of the house. But over all, as my girlfriend says "BEAUTIFUL interior, lots of windows, loved the pool, ICE MACHINE!, x2 refrigerators, beach proximity, electrical outlets everywhere, nice tvs, convenient w/d, Maintenance Engineer Leroy was great." We would love to come back next year.

House was not as clean and the Driveway access terrible

Loved the pool and the bedroom arrangement were ideal but the Kitchen was not as clean as it should be. We had to scrub the cabinet door handles to get them clean and the "non stick" pans were anything but! Royal pain trying to cook and then to try to clean the pans after. Two of the blinds were not working properly and need to be replaced or repaired. The worst part was the driveway was crumbly in a section that you could not avoid and pieces of jagged concrete were sticking up. I was concerned that our vehicles might get damaged by them. Portions of the driveway were gone and it was just a hole to the sand.

Unfortunately, the neighbor decided to build on the lot across the street and their heavy equipment created tracks in the gravel driveway. The house is almost completed now so hopefully that is the last of that issue for any guest that stays there. We definitely will be taking immediate steps to assess and rectify the driveway situation to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests.
