Struttura situata il luogo tranquillo a 15 minuti da marina di Vecchiano. Posizione strategica per raggiungere Pisa, Lucca, Viareggio e tutta la Versilia. Condizioni perfette e ottima pulizia. Dotata di parcheggio privato, giardino privato dove è possibile rilassarsi in tranquillità e nel periodo estivo di usufruire della piscina fuori terra. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile, lo stesso vale per il personale dell'agenzia Abitare Lucca. Struttura dotata di ogni confort fatta eccezione per la lavatrice, cosa facilemnte aggirabile con la lavanderia a gettone presente in paese. Accettano animali e io mi sono portato il mio gattino. Sono rimasto soddisfatto al punto che ritornerò questa estate per le vacanze. Consigliato per due, massimo 4 persone.

Wir waren Ende Juli, anfangs August 2025 in der Unterkunft und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Gastgeber standen uns jederzeit mit Tipps und Unterstützung zur Seite. Die Unterkunft ist modern, neu und entspricht genau den Bildern. Sie ist vollständig ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage ist ideal, um Pisa, Lucca und sogar Florenz bequem zu erreichen. Dadurch eignet sie sich perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für vielfältige Ausflüge. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen bei Gelegenheit sehr gerne wieder.

Siamo stati ospiti di questa struttura, nella settimana di Pasqua, ambiente molto familiare e confortevole, avvolto nella natura e nella tranquillità, con uno splendido giardino con alberi meravigliosi. La casa ha tutto ciò che serve, prima volta che provo induzione in cucina e ci siamo trovati bene. L'area esterna molto piacevole con barbecue e zona pranzo sotto gli alberi. La struttura credo sia completamente nuova, ben tenuta. Posto auto che sembra cosa da poco, ma che per noi è stato determinante. Persone molto gentili e cordiali ci hanno accolto e consigliato sia per la spesa, che per ristoranti/pizzeria, ma anche per itinerari. A pochi km dal mare della Versilia. Siamo stati veramente bene, max dei voti, 5 stelle!! Sicuramente torneremo!
