Our stay for our birthday celebration in NOLA as well as our first wedding anniversary was not anything but great. Host communicated quickly on how to enter property. And was readily available if needed. We felt safe and secured and if ever back this would be the place to stay.

Mike Atkins is a GREAT host - great location, comfortable place to hang out with family and friends. Secure parking available, outdoor courtyard is lovely, right on streetcar line.

Perfect in every way! Not only was the house clean and nicely done, it is a great location. Walking distance to everything. Gated parking was wonderful to have as well!! The host was very welcoming and responded quickly.

Stayed here with a large group for a bachelorette party- great location to the action around Bourbon. Accommodations were really nice, house was clean, lots of character, everyone was comfortable! Overall great stay.

The property was very charming and close enough to the quarter that we typically walked everywhere. We Uber’d for dinners. The house was very clean and comfortable with everything you might need for the stay. Cute balcony and garden area downstairs. Would stay again!

Great Location - Great Host

Our stay was perfect. Place had plenty of space, and stayed nice and cool during hot July days. Location is great, it’s quiet enough but still close to nightlife! Highly recommend.
