Mike Atkins is a GREAT host - great location, comfortable place to hang out with family and friends. Secure parking available, outdoor courtyard is lovely, right on streetcar line.

Perfect in every way! Not only was the house clean and nicely done, it is a great location. Walking distance to everything. Gated parking was wonderful to have as well!! The host was very welcoming and responded quickly.

The property was very charming and close enough to the quarter that we typically walked everywhere. We Uber’d for dinners. The house was very clean and comfortable with everything you might need for the stay. Cute balcony and garden area downstairs. Would stay again!

Everything is perfect if you know what you're getting into with the quarter. Both the place and Mike were great; we couldn't have asked for a better setup for our bachelor party weekend. Special note- one of our guests needed a little extra help from Mike and he came through with zero hesitation. HUGE THANKS.
