We offer one of the best locations in NOLA, three blocks to Bourbon Str. and all of the French Quarter attractions. This property features contactless check in with key pad entry for the convenience of all of your guest. Please check our liberal cancellation policy to make planning your trip easier.
Our seven-bedroom house, located just 3 blocks from Bourbon Street (4 minute walk), combines our three-bedroom flat (VRBO #1181879) with our four-bedroom executive flat (VRBO #1181880) creating the use of a seven-bedroom house that sleeps 21 people. These are connected by an outdoor staircase.

Features include two lovely furnished living rooms, two kitchens and five bathrooms along with seven bedrooms. By securing this property, you get exclusive use of the large balcony in the front and a tropical courtyard in the back. Licensed as French Quarter Townhouses Hotel # L0000049769

We booked this space for 14 ladies celebrating my daughter"s Bachelorette party over a weekend. It was perfect! Lots of space, cute courtyard in the back to enjoy drinks and pictures. Location was excellent, we were able to walk to just about everything. The host was great and super responsive. House was stocked with great amenities- travel size toiletries and tons of towels. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Spacious VRBO in the heart of the French Quarter

I had booked this Vrbo for a friend’s bachelor party, and the property exceeded our expectations. Very spacious and clean, awesome backyard patio, and an incredible balcony that overlooks rampart street. Mike was also a really great host. He was very accommodating, and responsive throughout and leading up to our stay. Probably the best part was how close we’re to anything in the French quarter which allowed us to avoid taxis and ride-share apps.

Close to everything

House was amazing for our group of 18! Lots of hang out room in the down times. Close to the French Quarter and absolutely everything we did was a 20 min walk or less…10 to Bourbon St! Both of our excursions (Swamp tour and Plantation) had a pick up location 3 min way. Very convenient location. Mike was an absolute dream to deal with and responded immediately. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again Mike!
