This is a place where you can enjoy your days in complete privacy, with swimming, sunbathing, and barbecuing. A place where you can relax and let your guard down, surrounded by a scene of pure tranquility. The property spans over 2 mål and enjoys a very sunny location.<br><br>The cabin is well-equipped with a kitchen, stove, hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, grill, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer combo, vacuum cleaner, and more. It has a water supply with a hot water tank from Lake Seljord. The cabin is equipped with a water filtration system, making the water safe to drink. The bathroom and laundry room were completely renovated in the fall of 2020.<br><br>Bathroom/Toilet<br>The cabin’s bathroom and laundry room were completely renovated in the fall of 2020. Beautiful bathroom with underfloor heating and high-quality fixtures. Jetz vacuum toilet. The laundry room is located in the same area as the bathroom but also has an exterior entrance, which is convenient if you’re staying in the annex. The laundry room features underfloor heating and a new washer-dryer combo.<br><br>Bedroom<br>The cabin has three bedrooms with built-in closets. The master bedroom has a 160 double bed, while the other two bedrooms have 80-cm bunk beds; there is space for a travel cot in all three bedrooms. In the annex, there is a 120-bed, as well as a bunk bed with three 90-cm beds.<br><br>Location:<br>The cabin is located in an attractive and scenic area on Manheimstrondi by Seljordsvatn in Seljord municipality. The area is a popular destination thanks to its scenic surroundings, lakeside cabins, lovely swimming spots, and cosy little coves. It is about a 20-minute drive from city centre Bø, which offers a wide range of amenities and services—not to mention Sommarland, Norway’s only outdoor water adventure park.<br><br>Access/Parking:<br>There is a road and parking right next to the cabin. There is parking space right up to the cabin wall for several cars. There is also parking for two cars along RV36, as the road down to the cabin is only suitable for 4x4 vehicles.<br><br>The area offers a wide range of activities year-round. In the summer, Sommarland is just a short drive away (20 min).<br><br>By car, it takes about 20 minutes to Bø, 52 minutes to Notodden, 76 minutes to Skien, and just over 2 hours to the Drammen area or the towns of Vestfold.<br><br>Boat/boat slip<br>The cabin has three boat slips. You can bring your own boat, or a small motorboat with a steering wheel and console is included in the rental. It’s great for fishing or getting to the nearby campsites in the area (Telnessander, Garvikstrondi, Seljord Camping, Sandencamping, etc.).<br><br>Sports/Outdoor Activities/Leisure:<br>Bø Sommarland: 20 min.<br>Lifjell: approx. 35 min.<br>Høyt og Lavt Climbing Park in Bø: 20 min.<br>Norsjø Ferieland/Cable Park: 30 min.<br>Fitness centre with squash court in Seljord: 10 min.<br>Norsjø Golf Club: 30 min.<br>Bjørge Visitor Farm in Seljord: 5 min.<br>Beautiful hiking trails in the surrounding area.<br><br>Just 10 minutes away from Dyrskunplassen, where both Dyrskun and other events are held every year.<br><br>There is also a single-person kayak at the cabin. There are also great roads for road biking in the immediate vicinity.<br><br>In winter, there are plenty of opportunities for skiing in the surrounding area, as there are groomed ski trails in Seljord, Bø, Øyefjell, Lifjell, Vrådal, and Rauland.
