The location was good, very close to the Sagra Famiglia. The only downfall was the towels were dingy.

We had a very nice stay. Lots of room for three adults. Very convenient location. We didn’t have hot water, but that was going to be looked after the day we left. Light switch for the kitchen lights is behind the fridge!

Very clean and lots of toiletries, close to ammenities, metro station just across the street. Very easy communication with Julia our host. To improve: There is some minor construction on the building, there was some debris on halls and stairs. My family was very happy with the place. We would stay again

We had difficulty checking in without notice of how to get the key. We didn't know to communicate through VRBO. I was communicating through email. We were lucky to have had a resident in the building call the owner to help find out how to get the keys.

the apartment was clean and stocked well with everything we needed to make our stay good. Location was close to the metro and walkable to a lot of things - I would recommend this place for anyone visiting barcelona who wants a homey vibe.

Host response was very slow. No hot water was an inconvenience. I contacted the host about this and got no response. The last minute arrangement because of a health concern was handled in an agreeable agreement. Easy walkable access to several cafes, small markets and beautiful sights.

We had a lovely holiday in Barcelona and enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept really well. However, the apartment is showing its age and would benefit from some updating. We were also surprised to find that it is located on the 6th floor, although thankfully there is an elevator. The bathroom has a noticeable mold issue, which appears to be caused by insufficient ventilation.

Good for family

Good space for families, quite, across from metro station. As a relatively new listing, apt could use some minor upgrades but owners seem to be receptive and in process of doing so

Location was excellent. We were able to get around with ease and visit all the places that we wanted to. The reason I gave a good on the first question was because we had no hot water for our first 3 days.

Location is great. Easy access to train station. Price was reasonable. Bathroom shower is too small and we would have appreciated if towels were cleaner and newer. They looked too old and had an odor. Bed and pillow were not too comfortable.

Check in was super easy. Location was perfect for our needs. The kitchen had everything we needed to prep easy meals. Having the laundry and dryer really helped! Everything was clean. There are 3 TVs so the kids were able to decompress after the long days of exploring the city. Would definitely recommend and come back again!

We had a great stay! Just a small hiccup with the address posted — make sure to enter “DEL dos de Maig” on your map, not just “dos de Maig,” or you’ll end up at a different location. Luckily, our taxi driver was kind enough to take us to the correct address in the middle of the night. Other than that, it was a great experience — clean place, good location, and quick responses to our questions.

Had all of the amenities needed. Pretty spacious for 5 people I was pleasantly surprised. Only thing I would say is it would’ve been nice to have some extra towels of larger size. And it took a little while to find the right apartment and what floor it was on. Other than that, the stay was amazing, the place was clean and the host was very helpful in answering any questions I had before we arrived. I would stay here again.

Self-check in flat on the sixth floor (with lift). The flat is a 15min walk from Sagrada Familia and has a metro station just a road away. It is fully equipped for a long stay. The main bedroom mattress gave us some aches unfortunately. Facilities are a little old and the bathroom is rather small but we didn't mind and the shower pressure was excellent.Overall a good place to stay. :)

Just terrible. We were given the wrong key box code and wasted at least 1h trying to figure out what to do. Also floors are cracked, faucet is leaking, shower head is broken. Overall worst experience ever.
