Brand-new. The house features a 20-square-meter terrace with incredible panoramic views that take in the Picos de Europa, the forests of Monte Corona, the sea, and the town of Comillas. An ideal spot if you’re looking for peace and quiet, just a stone’s throw from the sea and the mountains, between Comillas, San Vicente de la Barquera, and Santillana del Mar.
The Space
The house features a kitchen-dining room with a beautiful floor-to-ceiling window opening onto the terrace, from which you can enjoy the spectacular views. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven, and microwave. The house also has a first bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms have built-in closets.
