Inside, the villa has been designed with both comfort and functionality in mind. The living room has air conditioning hot and cold which creates a welcoming atmosphere after a day outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with a combi oven, dishwasher and coffee maker, kettle for home-cooked meals, while the dining area makes the meals special. There is a guest toilet. There are two bedrooms 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs these are cosy and bright, with the choice of a double or twin beds, plus an upstairs bathroom with a shower and toilet. Downstairs bathroom with bath and shower and toilet There is also a garden house with a double sofa bed. And an outdoor shower with toilet.

This house is located close to the beaches. The sea is only 900 meters away and invites you to spend your days swimming or walking along the coastline. For active travellers, there is a tennis court within walking distance and a 9-hole golf course, while restaurants serve delicious Mediterranean cuisine and fresh fish just 2 km away. Explore the charming streets of Benissa or take a short drive to nearby coastal towns of Javea, Denia for lively markets and tapas bars. With the airport 85 km away, your trip to the coast will be both convenient and unforgettable.
