got a nice warm welcome of paul help us with luggage and was there if needed anything very friendly it was pet friendly no complaints bedding clean thank you for our stay paul would recommend

Paul the host was extremely friendly and helpful and was around quite a lot during our 3 night stay. He told us where to find everything ..shops food pubs etc. The site is family friendly and a short walk to Fantasy island. The caravan itself was a bit more old fashioned than I expected. As it was classed as ‘luxury’ I expected it to be more modern but that is just personal taste. That said it was decorated in a traditional seaside style and you can tell it is loved and cared for. It was very good value for money. It is also next to the car park which is useful. The main bedroom that we used had fresh bedding and the towels smelled lovely. We had no problems at all and Paul was extremely quick to reply to messages. I would definitely recommend booking his caravan whether you are 2 or 6 people.
