This is an opportunity to rent a true ski in and ski out 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condominium unit at the world famous Grand Timber Lodge in Breckenridge, Colorado which sleeps 8 with 1 king size bed (sleeps 2) in the master bedroom and one sleeper sofa in the living room (sleeps 2) and the second bedroom has a queen size bed (sleeps 2) and a pull out sleeper sofa that will sleep 2 more. The unit has a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator, double sink, microwave oven, range with oven, dishwasher and a full set of cooking utensils, pots and pans and plates and dishes and cooking equipment. The unit will have a dining table that will seat 8 as well as 3 bar stools that pull up to the granite kitchen counter to make it easy for talking and getting together after a busy day on the slopes! The kitchen has a toaster, blender and a coffee maker. The master bedroom in the unit which has the king bed has a full bath with 2 sinks and a Jacuzzi tub as well as a separate section of the bath that has another sink and a stand-up shower. The second bedroom of this split plan has full bath and has a kitchenette of its own including a small sink, microwave oven and a small stove and dishwasher and can be locked off during your stay if you wish or it can be open to the rest of the unit as you see fit. The unit has a balcony with two chairs on it. The unit will have a TV with cable TV in all bedrooms and in the living room and a DVD player is available in the unit if you wish to use the rental DVD KIOSK in the building during your stay. The living room has a gas fireplace and mantle which is controlled by a wall switch. The room will have a phone with voice mail access, WIFI and WIFI in the lobby of the main building as well. The resort has a rec room, multiple indoor outdoor pools and hot tubs, on-site modern full service restaurant, full service spa, storage lockers for skis and snowboards and equipment, underground heated indoor parking with access to elevators to all floors in the building and luggage carts. The resort has a full concierge service for all of your needs during your stay and an activities desk to keep everyone busy. The resort has a free shuttle service to and from the resort to town and all of the local in town ski areas. This is a ski-in and ski-out property and the resort has a full service Christy's Sports on site to assist with all of your ski and snowboard and equipment needs during your stay!

Great place in Breck!

Property was ideal for our family. It was close to Peak 9 and had great amenities on property (pools, hot tubs, game room, restaurant). The shuttle was awesome and very easy/convenient. We have already recommended to many!

Great Location and Property

We just finished our stay at the Grand Timber Lodge. The condo was a nice size (the 2nd bedroom was more like its own studio with kitchenette, sofa and bathroom) and neat and clean and well stocked with everything we needed for the week. It was very easy to make pool and hot tub reservations and the ski lifts were a very short walk from the front of the property. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent here again.

Location, Location and location. It has everything you want from a resort and it is family friendly. It has a courtesy shuttle that every day and that way I can leave the driving to someone else and simply enjoy the vacation and know that my wife and kids can get around safely all of the time. I can vacation and relax at the same time.
