Ocean views abound from this well-appointed, yet casual beach house property, Just steps from the sand.

A perfect place to relax and enjoy family and friends (and occasionally dolphins).

Step out the door, cross the only street between you and the Pacific, and your toes will be delivered to the sand.

Relax in this single-story home that’s perfect for families. The home features dual master bedrooms. One master has ocean views, the other has a tranquil view of the spa and garden. Each master has a King sized bed. They are separated by a Jack N Jill style Master bathroom with full jetted bath, Rainfall shower and closet. Additional bathroom in hallway with shower.

A kids room with bunked beds (one twin over one full) and en-suite full tub bathroom are on the opposite side of the main house from the masters.

The third King bed is in a detached casita or what we call the ocean view “cottage” which has a bathroom with a shower. (Separate from the main living space).

Also detached is a large fifth bedroom. This room contains a king bed, it's own tv, and couch. The space is ample enough to open up the queen floor mattresses for an additional sleeping accommodations.

The floor plan is open with vaulted ceilings and tiled floors for easy beach living.

The kitchen was remodeled in 2012 with a granite countertop space to seat 7. The 8 foot dining table seats another 8-10. It’s a perfect home to gather friends or family for summer, holidays, vacations, or days ending in 'y'.

The large spa can be used cool, to refresh, or you can heat it and use the jets to relax after a day at the beach.

All bedding is all 100% cotton. 500 plus thread count crisp and cool linen sheets. Down comforters & pillows for all King beds.

The living area is a great space to get cozy, light the fireplace, and catch up with family or friends while playing games, or watching a movie.

The garage has a washer/drier and space for 1 car.

The driveway has space for up to 3 cars (depending on the size of your vehicles).

No excessive noise after 10 PM. If there are noise complaints, we will give 1 warning. If we receive noise complaints again, grounds for eviction.

The location of this home was very helpful with young kids near the beach. It was walkable to a playground, restaurants, shops, and just steps from the beach! We really enjoyed our time in La Jolla and the home was stocked with all the amenities we needed, including all the beach essentials. We would stay here again!

We were 3 generations of family staying here! The property location is fantastic. The beach and ocean views are spectacular! Especially appreciated the large open layout of the kitchen, bar and eating area. Very easy to accommodate large group. Spa and jacuzzi tub are nice amenities! Plenty of beach gear, including towels, for all. BBQ location next to kitchen is very convenient. Our host, Claire, was amazing. Quickly responded to any questions about the property.Would definitely stay here again!

We booked this lovely home for our family vacation (8 adults, 3 primary school-aged children). The house is close to the beach, restaurants, shopping and local transit (bus). The hosts provided beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, umbrellas and a beach wagon, so trips to the beach are simplified. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans and other kitchen equipment so it is easy to make dinner when you want a home-cooked meal.Note that two of the five bedrooms are detached from the main house. This is a plus or minus depending on whether you prefer to be “close to the action”. Extra floor mattresses were provided in case the kids did not want to share a bed.Claire, our host, responded quickly to resolve some minor problems that arose. We felt welcomed and well cared for. We would book again.

The home was exceptionally clean, well stocked, with thoughtful amenities. The location was also great. The beach and park literally across the street and visible from the home. The host was responsive anytime we had a question. The hot tub is large, clean, works, and is gated--a relief with kids. The yard is also entirely gated, so we could let the kids play outside. Plenty of parking onsite (1 garage 2 driveway). Would absolutely stay again.

Awesome House in Awesome Location

Place was exactly as advertised and perfect for our stay. The location right across from beach and park cannot be beat. House has all the amenities you could want for enjoying the sand and surf. Perfect Beach Home for Group

Wonderful location across the street from beautiful LaJolla Beach. The family enjoyed coming back from the beach to a large in-ground private hot tub. Five comfortable bedrooms and four bathrooms made the space perfect for our large family. We loved our time here.
