L'arrivée a été compliquée grâce à des passants très serviables on s'est aperçu que l'agence n'est pas à Roses mais à santa margarida. Puis pour trouver l'adresse de l'appartement ça a été difficile aussi, on a trouvé grâce à l'aide d'un commerçant à proximité. Il y a un gros problème avec le stationnement on ne peut pas approcher sauf en payant le parking en face de la rue.Ce sont les pires vacances de notre vie ! On ne nous a pas signalé que l'appartement est au dessus d'un restaurant où le patron avec sa voix de ténor est ouvert jusqu'à 1heure du matin. Impossible de dormir et en plus les locataires du dessus déplacent des meubles et parlent fort en rentrant vers minuit. Il y a une petite chambre sans fenêtre et on entend le moindre bruit du dehors. On nous a dit qu'il y a une machine à laver mais c'est faux on aurait dû changer d'appartement et aller au 3eme étage Impossible à nôtre âge donc on nous a proposé la laverie payante. L'appartement était sale le frigo très très sale et des fourmis partout dans l'appartement j'ai des photos. Une coupure de courant a duré 2 jours et enfin une réparation 3 jours après. Mais il a fallu supporté 3 jours et nuits les groupes électrogènes avec un bruit infernal.enfin la taxe de séjour est montée à 2 euros par nuit et par personne et on m'a fait payé même si mes enfants sont arrivés trous jours après nous et une journée avant.Bref je ne recommande pas l'appartement.

Merci pour votre commentaire. Il nous aide beaucoup à nous améliorer. Je suis désolé pour les désagréments causés, mais je pense que vous n’avez pas bien lu l’annonce. L’appartement se trouve au centre du village, il ne dispose ni de lave-linge ni de parking, et il s’agit d’un premier étage sans ascenseur. Je pense que vous auriez dû consulter la description et les caractéristiques de l’appartement, surtout si vous êtes une personne âgée et que vous avez besoin de certaines conditions pour votre confort. Quant à la remise des clés, cela est également clairement précisé lors de la réservation et 7 jours avant la date d'arrivée. C'est très simple, car avant d'arriver à l'appartement, vous passez devant l'agence et il est INÉVITABLE de passer par là. Je tiens à vous préciser que Roses et Santa Margarita ne sont qu'une seule et même ville : Santa Margarita n'est que l'entrée de la ville. Je regrette que vos vacances n’aient pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes, mais j’insiste sur l’importance de bien lire les annonces afin que votre recherche soit la plus pertinente possible. Quant à l’électricité, seuls les fusibles ont sauté. Il fallait les réarmer. En ce qui concerne le nettoyage, si nous l’avions su dès le début et non pas maintenant, nous aurions demandé à l’entreprise de nettoyage de vérifier le réfrigérateur. C’est dommage. Merci.
