Sehr schöne Gegend, abseits vom Trouble. Eine Wohnanlage mit einheimischen, sehr netten älteren und jungen Bewohnern.Die Wohnung ist völlig ausreichend für 4 Personen und. Eininge Sachen sind renovierungsbedürftig bzw. Sollten erneuert werden, wie die Couch (sehr unbequem und durchgelegen).Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ca. 5min zu Fuß/ Auto entfernt.Der Pool ist meist leer und daher ein echtes Highlight. Tiefgarage ist direkt am Grundstück und inkl.
