Quirky and comfy and spotlessly clean….BUT short of towels for four and on our last full day the heating/boiler packed in. Not good for a January stay!

We had an excellent stay at this property. It's in a brilliant location and we could walk to everything we wanted to see in Alnwick. It was perfectly equipped for self-catering. It's also really well placed for the local bars and restaurants so we had full choice of staying in or eating out.
The instructions for arrival and advice about parking were all clear and helpful. There was nothing we would have changed about the facilities. The people in Alnwick were friendly and helpful and there was lots to do. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.
Stunning property, beautifully looked after and deserves the five stars I have given it, it was big enough for the two of us and very close to Alnwick Castle. it is also right next door to the Dirty Bottles Pub if you need something to eat on a nighttime. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who was wanting to stay overnight in Alnwick.
