We had a wonderful stay with walking proximity to all the restaurants in Rye. The listing and descriptions were spot on. Check in and communication were excellent. Would definitely book again.
We had a wonderful stay in Rye. The home in a private and quite neighborhood with lovely old growth foresr. A stream and little traffic. The homes are beautiful and stately, full of charecter. But within a short 8 minute walk you are in town or at the train. Couldn't ask for better.
The home is large and spacious, the lot is beaitful, we really appreciated the different rooms that gave flexibility for our family.
The communication with the owner was top notch and check-in was seamless.
We had a very nice time in this beautiful home. Very cozy environment t in a great location

This period home, built in 1925, is set in one of Rye’s most desirable neighborhoods. It’s just a 0.3-mile walk to downtown and only 0.4 miles from the Rye Metro-North station, making commuting to Manhattan both simple and efficient.
The town is steeped in history, with national landmarks such as the Boston Post Road Historic District and the Jay Estate, childhood home of John Jay, a Founding Father and the first Chief Justice of the United States. Rye is also home to Playland, a landmark Art Deco amusement park and National Historic Landmark. Playland features the iconic Dragon Coaster, one of the oldest wooden roller coasters in the Northeast, along with a beach, public pool, and seaside dining.
