Private guest suite. Coded entrance through courtyard to a 2 bedroom, 1 bath and sitting room with laundry facilities. Great for Elon events! One Queen bed, 2 twin or can be converted to a king bed. Great neighborhood and less than 5 min drive to Elon University. Walk around garage (follow steps in grass and auto lighting) to enter guest suite through double doors. Code provided to renter after booking is confirmed. Twin or King bedroom has mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot for you. Bathroom updated with handicap walk in shower in May 2018.

Home away from home!

We are so grateful to Maureen and her warm welcome as we stayed in her perfect apartment. The property was meticulous and the close proximity to Elon University was super convenient. We will definitely be back and are so appreciative that this wonderful property is available for families visiting Elon students.

Wonderful Graduation Weekend

From the moment we booked until we arrived, Maureen was so easy to work with and answer any questions we had. The property was ideal to go back and forth during graduation week and it had everything we needed and more! Using the patio as a relaxing spot was ideal with plenty of seating. Would recommend this place for any events at the university.

A nice property!

Easy, great stay. Very convenient to Elon University and all the activities. We were in town for Elon’s Homecoming and had a wonderful stay. Great Hosts, easy access and clean property.

Simple Accommodations

The overall experience was excellent. The property is very simple; 3 bedrooms a bathroom, and a laundry room. There is no kitchen and no common sitting area other than an outdoor patio (it was too hot outside for us to sit there). The property is immaculate with the bathroom being state of the art and totally updated. Beds were all very comfortable. The only drawback is that we couldn't lower the a.c. below 74 degrees (even though instructions were left as to how to lower the temp none of us could get the thermostat to cooperate)and it was quite warm in the property at night for us northerners. In fairness we could have contacted the property manager but were only there 2 nights so decided not to do so. All in all, if you don't require a full kitchen (there is a mini fridge and microwave, and coffee maker), or inside common area, and simply need a place to sleep I would.recommend this property. Pictures are true to property, entry instructions were simple, the parking situation is excellent, and the property is very close to Elon U and surrounding areas.

From Montana to Elon, NC! - Thank you Maureen for making our stay very comfortable and easy. Very gracious hosts as we were in and out for a track meet. The patio fire, conversation and a few beers were just a few added perks!

Wonderful, private retreat

Maureen was an excellent host! The apartment was spotless, the beds super comfortable and the ability to control our own climate was wonderful too. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re visiting Elon!
