Welcome to our luxurious oceanfront condo. We are renting this newly renovated condo in a gated community. This condominium is located right on the beach on the Northern-Shore, New Mazatlan, area where you can enjoy the beautiful ocean views and your own private beach.

Mazatlan is the undiscovered jewel of the Mexican Riviera, with perfect weather nearly year round. Whether your dream vacation is relaxing on a private beach and watching the sunsets, or spending all day fishing, playing golf or shopping at the nearby Golden Zone, you are surely to find it all in Mazatlan.

This spacious 1270 square foot two bedroom unit sleeps up to six and is decorated and furnished with high quality items throughout. There is a New 43 LED Smart TV and DVD player in the family room along with a DVD library and games for all ages. There is also surround sound for the movies as well as an IPOD connection for your personal music.

A Perfect Place to Relax

Very comfortable condo with all the amenities. The grounds and facilities are wonderful also as are the people who work there. There's a great little restaurant with excellent prices so all options are available from cooking in, wandering to the restaurant for a delicious meal, to hitting the restaurants in town.

Excelente lugar para pasar unas vacaciones

Propiedad muy bien ubicada, en un complejo de departamentos, este departamento tiene vista al mar. Cuenta con dos recamaras, la recamara ppal tiene vista al mar. Recamara muy amplia, cocina equipada, cuarto de TV, comedor. La playa tiene palapas, la alberca esta amplia.

El propietario es muy amable y siempre está al pendiente, solo batalle mucho en un inicio porque los números que me daban para ponerme de acuerdo cuando con la llegada, nunca atendían, ya después el propietario me dio otro número y todo estuvo bien. La propiedad está muy bien y con muy bonita vista al océano. Muy retirado del malecón para cuando quieres hacer algunas actividades

Awesome Place

I have been traveling thru Mexico quite a bit. This place was one of the best places that I have stayed at. It has a both pool and beach where everyone can enjoy. It is away from the city so its nice and quite. Sandra was very hospitable and nice. Randy is very easy person to communicate with. The condo was very spacious and very clean. My husband and our 4 children fit perfectly in the condo. The description is exactly as it was describe so no surprises here.

Todo el servicio fue de primera, muy buenas atenciones de la Sra. Sandra que fue quien nos recibio, y desde luego la atencion muy especial de Randy, del cual recibi todo el apoyo inimaginable. Las instalaciones de primer nivel, muy comodas, con todo gusto volveremos en otra ocacion. Lo unico que me incomodo es que la transmision de television es en ingles y yo no lo entiendo, por todo muchas gracias.

We had a marvelous stay at Randy’s! Our daughter and son-in-law accompanied us this year and the condo was perfect for the four of us. A bonus was being able to dine at the onsite restaurant La Palapa. Great food at good prices.

Wonderful Holiday Vacation

Our three week stay at Randy and Lesli's condo over Christmas and New Year at Costa Bonita was all that we had hoped for...well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, good storage space, easy to use washer and dryer, sunny balcony overlooking pool with view of ocean and invaluable assistance from Monica at the front desk. The on site restaurant served good food and is staffed by friendly, efficient personnel. We took advantage of our close proximity to restaurants a short distance away via bus travel, which came at fairly regular intervals. If you have never been to Mazatlan, booking a stay at this condo will surely make you want to return. While the location is not in the Golden Zone, transportation by bus, pulmonia, "chicken truck" or taxi to good restaurants takes about 15 minutes or less. Shopping for groceries at Walmart requires a taxi ride...the bus will take you to Mega. Randi and Lesli have compiled a binder of information relevant to your stay. Sandra will meet you and take you to the Condo and will give you the keys. Elevators run efficiently..all staff are friendly and helpful. Gary and Illona, Chilliwack B.C.

Loved our stay!

My husband and I recently returned from a 2 week stay in this terrific 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. For the first week we were joined by our adult daughter and her 2 small children. The condo worked perfectly for us. The Master bedroom is large with a king bed and the 2nd bedroom had both a queen bed and a single. There is loads of storage room and towels (including beach towels) and linens are provided. With the grandkids we really appreciated the in -suite washer and dryer and the dishwasher as well. And the grandkids loved the 2 TV's and the board games that were there for our use. The WIFI connection was excellent and only required getting a password from the front desk (no charge!) to set it up. As for the resort itself, it was great. There are mostly owner/retirees staying there and I was a little concerned about having small children with us. In fact, we feel that the complex is ideal being right on the beach as well as having 3 pools -2 of which are heated. One of the pools is very shallow and perfect for our nearly 3 year old to splash around in. The owners we met, along with other renters and the staff were all very friendly and particularly nice to our grandkids. There is a small outdoor restaurant on site (run by the HOA) which we took advantage of on several occasions. The food and drinks were very good and the prices more than reasonable. Buses, Pulmonias and taxis regularly drive by the entrance to the Complex and we had no problem getting anywhere that we wanted to go. I'd also like to add that the owner of this (Randy) was terrific to work with. He answered all of my many questions before we arrived and does a great job with keeping his unit in top shape. We hope to return to Mazatlan sometime in the future and will definitely be contacting Randy at that time to see if he has availability.

A Perfect Place to Experience Mazatlan

We spent a week here in late October. We enjoyed the comfort of the condo and found the environment like a resort in many ways but so much more relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to dine in but we also enjoyed walking down the beach to restaurants or just hanging out at the little beach side restaurant on the property. The condo is more spacious than it appears in photos. The very best part is the lovely balcony where we ate our meals or just sat enjoying the gardens below and the view of the ocean. The property is right on the bus line so it was easy to get to downtown restaurants and the grocery store for very little money. Much cheaper than taxis! We would definitely come and stay again, but a week just isn't long enough!! Its easy to settle in and make yourself at home here and Randy was a hospitable and communicative host, making sure our stay was pleasant and that we had all we needed to be comfortable. Thanks Randy!

Wonderful condo

We stayed in this unit both last year and this year, and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The condo unit itself is conveniently equipped, and the Costa Bonita resort has a beautiful beach, lovely pool area, and very helpful and friendly staff. Transportation is convenient - you just hop on one of two buses, and you can get everywhere you want to go quickly and inexpensively. Mazatlan itself is a beautiful historic city, and despite all the fear mongering in the states, we have felt totally safe every minute we've been here. We highly recommend Mazatlan for a fun, safe location, and this particular condo for all the comforts of home. You'll especially love the master suite, and the 2nd bedroom has a bathroom adjoining it for a second suite feeling,

Best Ever stay in Mazatlan

We've rented condos in Maz several times and will definitely be returning to this wonderful unit at Costa Bonita. It is spacious, clean, well equipped and a great location in the complex. Randy, the owner, responded quickly to any questions we had. The big comfortable King bed in the Master with the patio door facing the ocean was a bonus! The gentle ocean breeze and sound of the waves at night was particularly restful and the in suite washer/dryer is much appreciated, allowing us to pack less clothes and bring home more sounvenirs! Food at La Palapa Restaurant was exceptional and very reasonable. Of all the wonderful places to visit and eat in Maz, our best day during our 4 week stay was the Costa Bonita Employee Appreciation Day on March 20, where the owners and renters threw a Mexican Fiesta for the staff and their families. They had a whole afternoon to enjoy the pool, a great meal, pinadas and treats for the kids, karaoke and free beer. It gave us an opportunity to enjoy getting to know them on a personal level. No wonder the service is so fabulous at this lovely resort! We hope to be back again next year.

Wonderful location, comfortable condo

The Costa Bonita resort is beautiful, and this vacation condo met our needs perfectly. The view from the balcony in winter is perfect - we could see the sun set from our deck every night, and fell asleep to the sound of the waves on the Pacific Ocean. We had friends visit us there, and the accommodations were perfect - the 2nd bathroom opens off the hall and has another entrance from the 2nd bedroom, so it turned into a private suite for them. The owners were very easy to work with - the local manager was easy to contact and very friendly. Although Costa Bonita is a bus ride away from the Golden Zone and the heart of the tourist district, it is well worth the distance in the beauty and privacy it afforded. We had one outstanding experience there to share. One of our guests lost her wallet at Pedro y Lola's (in the historic district) on the night before she was to return to the states. The owner of Pedro y Lola's found it and sent it back at his own expense to the Costa Bonita that same evening. We hadn't even realized it was gone, and it showed up at our door. That's not what you typically find in a tourist area, and it exemplifies the friendliness and courtesy shown by the local population. In short, we really liked our stay and hope to return next year.

We loved it here!

We were delighted on arrival - the condo is even nicer than the photos indicated. It is clean, comfortable, spacious, well maintained and well equipped. We enjoyed the large screen TV, great sound system, and dvd “library”. Also appreciated that there were a few provisions to get us started. Amazing sunset and ocean views from the balcony. Wonderful, wide and clean beach – the best we’ve ever been at for running and walking. Really fun for ocean swimming and boogie boarding (boards supplied at front desk) – sand goes out forever. The staff are all terrific - very friendly and helpful. The restaurant for the complex is next to the beach and offers great food and great prices. Also many very good restaurants nearby that we could walk to and numerous restaurants that were just a short bus ride away. Bus service was terrific and it was always easy to get a taxi as well. We felt very safe and secure here and felt free to roam the beach at any time day or night, as well as explore the City. We enjoyed being just outside the Golden Zone – it was peaceful and quiet, but close enough to easily get to “the action” when we felt like it. Randy, (the owner) was very helpful with any questions we had, and with his good advice we had excellent internet service right from our suite. We stayed in this condo for five weeks and loved every minute of our stay. Can’t wait to go back!

We fell in love with Mazatlan the first time we went there. The people and the beaches are the nicest that we had ever seen. We plan to eventually retire down there, but for now must work towards that. We are a 'remix', my wife calls it. We each have 3 kids and we have 3 grandkids. Family is so important and is our priority. Time is also precious and where you spend your time off can make such a difference. We love to spend as much time as possible down in Mazatlan. We look forward to sharing our condo with you.

Why they chose this property

Again, most of the information above covers this. However, we researched Mazatlan compared to Cabo and other resort areas in Mexico and found Mazatlan to be half, or less, of the costs to both own and vacation than the other areas.

What makes this property unique

Being able to take a quick walk on the beach is incredibly awesome. The weather is very consistent, sunshine and 78 degrees. We are located in a quiet area with over 3 miles of walkable beach, but the condo is only a 10 minute taxi/bus ride into the Golden Zone. There are also restaraunts and shopping close to our condo as well.
