This brand new construction home offers the ultimate experience with "high end" amenities & furnishings to compliment your dream getaway. Features include ice maker, climate control, sound bars of a "smart house" with 65" TVs in the common areas and a 3rd floor outdoor porch perfect for entertaining with television to watch your favorite sports team. HBO, Movie channels & Netflix are all offered at no charge.

Located in a private enclave of 9 homes south of 30A overlooking a private community pool directly in front of our door and. a three minute stroll takes you to the breathtaking sandy and clean Inlet Beach devoid of crowds and traffic so common in the Rosemary area.

3rd floor deck and entertainment area features an outdoor TV, and comfortable seating for your relaxation in an upscale environment including an outdoor grill, refrigerator and sink.

All of the creature comforts include generous parking for three cars, shower area, top speed wifi, high end kitchen and accessories make for the perfect combination of amenities to make your vacation a perfect getaway.

Inlet beach is by far our family’s favorite place to stay in the 30A area. This is a short, flat, 2-3 minute walk to the beach with only a few stairs on the boardwalk. The house was spacious, clean, and everything worked as it should. Outdoor kitchen was great and the pool was perfect. Will stay here again!

We wanted a quiet beach community away from the hustle and bustle of the over developed Rosemary Beach and yet be only steps away from the restaurants, shopping and private beach access you can only get at Inlet Beach.
