A house that leaves nothing to be desired The house accommodates up to eight people across three harmoniously designed floors - perfect for families or couples of friends. The bedrooms are comfortably furnished: Two double rooms with beds measuring 180 × 200 cm, a single room with a 90 × 180 cm bed, a bunk-bed room with two mattresses measuring 90 × 180 cm each, as well as a separate room with a fold-out corner sofa (140 × 200 cm) offer flexible and cosy sleeping options. Three elegant bathrooms - including a spacious shower area with two rain showers - ensure a high level of comfort. One of the bathrooms upstairs also has a practical changing table - a particular advantage for families with small children. In the centre of the house is the bright, fully equipped kitchen with rustic charm and modern technology: a large refrigerator, large freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, kettle and toaster are all available. The large dining table with seating for eight provides a relaxed start to every day of your holiday. For guests arriving with an electric car, there is also a Zaptec Go 2 charging station, with electricity paid for directly at the charging station. Spacious outdoor areas for every season The house has three stylishly designed terrace areas, harmoniously arranged around the living room and offering a special place at any time of day. Directly adjacent to the dining area is a large, glazed conservatory whose glass panels can be opened completely, creating an airy space that almost becomes one with nature in summer. To the right is an open wooden terrace with high-quality seating and a gas barbecue - perfect for cosy evenings or a glass of wine at sunset. Opposite is the spacious stone terrace in the rear garden area, equipped with a large dining table for eight and a wonderful view of the greenery. Children are also well catered for: a sandbox, a small play area in the living room and a pedal go-kart provide play and fun for the youngest guests. Two lakes are in the immediate vicinity and are ideal for swimming, fishing or canoeing: Dammsjön This small, tranquil lake is located just approx. 1 km north of the holiday home. With an area of 0.136 km² and a maximum depth of 4.1 metres, it is perfect for relaxing walks and observing nature. Åsunden Approximately 3.5 kilometres to the east lies Åsunden, a larger lake offering a wide range of leisure activities such as swimming, fishing and boating. The lake is known for its beautiful bathing spots and picturesque surroundings. These two lakes each offer unique experiences and are easily accessible from the holiday home. Excursions and experiences in the region Ulricehamn is just a few minutes' drive away and offers leisure activities all year round - from the charming old town centre with cafés and shops to the popular winter sports area with cross-country ski trails and ski slopes. Borås, with its zoo, textile museum and many shopping opportunities, is also within easy reach. Gothenburg is well worth a day trip - with its harbour atmosphere, Liseberg amusement park and vibrant cultural scene.
