You'll enjoy this private tropically landscaped 2/1 with private putting green. both bedrooms have very comfortable king size beds and walkin closets. 50 inch LCD smart tv, fully equipped kitchen, large fenced side and back yard. Internet and cable included. Free parking for up to 2 cars. Lot's of Florida Charm in this unit.
There are endless activities to do between here and the beach. Local fishing and scuba charters just down the street! Famous waterfront restaurants and bars to enjoy. Just bring your swimsuit. Just one block to the white sands and blue water of Pompano beach.We supply beach chairs, umbrellas and towels all you need is your bathing suit. This unit also has its own private side fully fenced patio. Water taxi is a block over or rent bikes by the beach.
Enjoy the ocean breeze that flows over the water and through the unit. Our unit is located close to some of the most popular restaurants, bars and shops in Broward County and Pompano Beach. Walk, bike, drive or uber less than 1 mile down Atlantic Blvd to put your toes in the sand, enjoy beachfront eats, get certified as a scuba diver, work out or just relax.
We have pack and play and toys for the kids, Clean, Save and ready for you. Pets are welcome for additional charge.
Our professional cleaners take there time and thoroughly clean each unit between guest. This including but not limited to washing all liens, disinfecting all hard services, door knobs, scrubbing appliances, kitchenware, dishes and bathrooms. As well as, changing filters and running commercial Ozone machines when necessary . For the security of our guests we do have security camera's on our parking lot and common walkway. Access to the unit is not given until the unit is clean.

We are from a small family originally from New Jersey. We've always made it a goal to travel to Florida since our youngest child was born. After falling in love with this stunning state, we made the decision to settle down and launch a vacation rental company.
We couldn't resist the gorgeous weather, joyous atmosphere and year around activities. We believe that everyone should experience a vacation in the state with some of the most gorgeous beaches in the world. We take great pride in our cozy beach block rentals and enjoy hosting a memorable vacations for other family's.
